1. General provisions
The website isystems.uz is the official information resource of iSystems. By using the website, the user confirms that they have read these Terms and agrees to comply with applicable law. If the user does not agree with the Terms, they should stop using the website.
Specific services, projects, deliveries, works and other forms of cooperation are governed by the relevant agreements, technical specifications, commercial proposals and other agreed documents. In the event of a conflict, such documents prevail with respect to the relevant project or transaction.
2. Website owner
In these Terms, the legal entity specified above is referred to as “iSystems” or the “website owner”.
3. Purpose of the website
The website is intended to present information about iSystems capabilities, services, technology areas and activities, and to facilitate initial business contact.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, website materials are informational and do not by themselves establish final technical, commercial or other terms of a specific project.
4. Permitted use
The user may browse the website and use the published information for lawful purposes, including evaluating potential cooperation with iSystems. When using the website, it is prohibited to:
- violate the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan or the rights of third parties;
- take actions that may disrupt the availability, security or normal operation of the website and related infrastructure;
- attempt to obtain unauthorized access to systems, data, accounts or restricted sections;
- distribute malicious code or perform knowingly destructive or excessively load-intensive automated requests;
- use website materials in a manner that infringes intellectual property rights, rights to means of individualization or other rights protected by law.
5. Intellectual property
Texts, graphics, visual design, the emblem, interface elements, software code and other website materials may be protected intellectual property of iSystems or the relevant rights holders.
Ordinary use of materials for review and internal business evaluation is permitted. Copying, publication, modification, distribution or commercial use of a substantial part of the materials is permitted with the rights holder’s authorization or in other cases expressly provided by law.
6. Information about services and commercial proposals
Descriptions of services, technologies, industries and possible outcomes on the website do not guarantee a specific result for every project. The actual scope of work, timelines, price, quality indicators, warranties, responsibilities of the parties and other terms are determined separately based on the initial data and agreed scope.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, publication of information on the website does not constitute an unconditional offer to enter into an agreement on predetermined terms.
7. User inquiries and materials
The user is responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information voluntarily submitted to iSystems and for having the necessary rights to any materials provided.
Until a separate confidentiality agreement is concluded, users are advised not to send through the website or ordinary email information constituting trade secrets, state secrets, special categories of data or other information requiring a special protection regime. Receipt of an inquiry by itself does not create a confidentiality obligation unless such obligation is expressly established by law or a separate agreement.
8. Personal data
The rules for personal data processing when using the website and contacting iSystems are set out in the Privacy Policy. When sending an inquiry, the user may also review the terms of consent to personal data processing.
9. Third-party resources
The website may contain links to external resources. Unless expressly stated otherwise, iSystems does not control such resources and is not responsible for their content, availability, terms of use or data processing by third parties. The user follows external links at their own discretion.
10. Website availability and limitation of liability
iSystems takes reasonable measures to maintain website availability and security but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation across all networks, browsers and devices. Certain functions may be temporarily changed, limited or unavailable due to maintenance, updates, incidents or circumstances beyond iSystems control.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, iSystems is not liable for indirect consequences arising solely from the use of publicly available informational materials on the website without entering into the relevant agreement or considering the specific conditions of a project. This clause does not limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
11. Changes to the website and Terms
iSystems may change the content and functionality of the website and update these Terms. A new version applies from the moment it is published on this page unless another effective date is specified. The version date is stated at the beginning of the document.
