1. Controller
In this Policy, the legal entity specified above is referred to as “iSystems” or the “controller”.
2. Applicable law
Personal data processing is organized in accordance with the applicable requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 2 July 2019 No. ZRU-547 “On Personal Data” (O‘RQ-547 “Shaxsga doir maʼlumotlar to‘g‘risida”).
3. Data that may be processed
The website does not use user registration, advertising trackers or analytics cookies. During normal browsing, the web server may generate standard technical logs containing, among other things, the IP address, request date and time, requested URL, browser/device information and the technical result of the request.
The contact form in the current version of the website works through the user’s email application. Until the email is actually sent, information entered in the form is not transmitted to iSystems through the website server. If the user confirms sending the email, iSystems may receive and process information contained in the message, including:
- name;
- organization name;
- work email address;
- selected area of interest;
- project description and other information voluntarily included in the inquiry.
4. Purposes of processing
The information received is used to respond to inquiries, discuss a potential project, prepare proposals and conduct related business correspondence. Technical logs are used to maintain operability, diagnose errors, and protect the security of the website.
5. Legal grounds and processing principles
iSystems processes information to the extent necessary for the stated purposes on the basis of the data subject’s consent and other grounds provided by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Users should not submit information through the form or by email that is not necessary for discussing the project.
6. Disclosure and access
Access to data is provided only to the extent necessary to handle the inquiry, operate infrastructure and comply with legal obligations. iSystems does not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising profiling.
7. Retention period
Business correspondence is retained no longer than necessary for interaction, fulfillment of contractual or legal obligations, and protection of legitimate interests. Technical logs are retained for the period necessary to operate and protect the infrastructure, after which they are deleted or overwritten in accordance with operational settings.
8. Data protection
iSystems applies legal, organizational and technical measures proportionate to the nature of the processed data to limit unauthorized access, loss, alteration and unlawful use of data.
9. Rights of the data subject
A personal data subject may contact the controller regarding the processing of their data and exercise the rights provided by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including requesting information about processing, correction or termination of processing in cases provided by law.
Requests should be sent to info@isystems.uz. To protect against disclosure of data to a third party, the controller may request information necessary to verify the applicant’s identity.
10. Cookies and external services
The current version of the website does not set its own analytics or advertising cookies and does not load third-party analytics scripts. If the website functionality changes, this Policy will be updated before or at the same time as the relevant processing is introduced.

The current version is published at isystems.uz/ru/privacy.html. The version date is stated at the beginning of this document.
