2. Categories of data
The user consents to the processing of information voluntarily submitted to iSystems, including name, organization name, work email address, selected area of interest, project description and other information included in the inquiry.
3. Purposes
The purposes of processing are to review the inquiry, provide feedback, discuss a project or services, prepare proposals and conduct related business correspondence.
4. Actions with data
Within the stated purposes, actions necessary to receive, organize, use, store, update and delete data may be performed, as well as transfer to authorized persons or infrastructure providers only in cases and to the extent necessary for those purposes and permitted by law.
5. How the form works
The current version of the website does not automatically send form data to the iSystems server. After the “Send request” button is clicked, the browser prepares an email and opens the user’s email application. The data will reach iSystems only if the user personally confirms sending the email.
6. Duration and withdrawal of consent
Consent remains valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn, unless further processing is required or permitted on another lawful basis. Withdrawal may be sent to info@isystems.uz.
7. User confirmation
By selecting the relevant checkbox in the form, the user confirms that the data is provided voluntarily, that the user has read the Privacy Policy and agrees to the processing of the provided data for the stated purposes.
8. Legislation
Processing is carried out in accordance with the applicable requirements of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 2 July 2019 No. ZRU-547 “On Personal Data” and other applicable legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
